"No elevator should be in bold. I had a bike with me and the narrow stairs were tough. Room's carpet looked like my friends rugby house floor after 3 years of not vacuuming and partying. Front desk saw me with a bike and still gave me a top floor room. Lady wandering the hotel knocking on all the doors looking for a relative she hadn't seen in years. It was OK for the money. Next time I'll spend a little more and stay where they clean things. Maybe even a fridge in the room."

"I was given the option to pay extra for a Lakeview for the room, which I did the room. I actually got there was no view of the lake, and when I asked about it, the staff said that they cannot guarantee a lake view room, even though on the app, I clicked unlike your room and had to pay extra for it."

"I purchased a Lake View Room, when I arrived they said my room was not available yet and moved me to another room. I could see the lake only if I stood behind the T.V. All three windows had no view at all. When I brought it up to staff they said that the room qualified as a Lake View and would not reimburse me or move me to another room. "Friendly, professional staff at check in and throughout our visit. Rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable. Minor inconveniences- the steamer in the room didn’t work well at all and menu options were limited in lobby restaurant with long service times. Location was convenient to public transportation. Would stay again!"
