I messaged the hotel on the Expedia app to let them know to ensure we were not considered a no show. Once we finally made it to the hotel, the person at the front desk informed us they did consider us a no show and cancelled the booking. "Public parking close by, make sure to pay for parking there. Main entrance and lobby was nice. Only one working elevator at the time. Bathroom had light mold on ceiling in one room, walls peeling in bathroom in second room. Staff was very friendly "

"I purchased a Lake View Room, when I arrived they said my room was not available yet and moved me to another room. I could see the lake only if I stood behind the T.V. All three windows had no view at all. When I brought it up to staff they said that the room qualified as a Lake View and would not reimburse me or move me to another room. "The hostel atmosphere itself was great. It very safe to require a keycard to enter the premises. The rooms were maintained nicely and the layout was clean. I was in town for a conference down the street and got incredibly lucky to be placed in the same room as someone also attending the conference. I think my experience at the hostel was better because of that. I did find two of the female hostel staff to be rude.
