"Upon arrival, the concierge was extremely rude during check-in, but her attitude changed once her manager walked by. The rest of the staff was very friendly, especially the bartender at the restaurant. He made sure everyone who sat down felt welcomed and taken care of.
I would have given this hotel a 5-star rating, but unfortunately our room was extremely hot. No matter how many times we adjusted the air conditioning, the room still felt like a sauna. Overall, the cleanliness and the kindness of most of the staff made for a good experience, but the room temperature issue was a major downside."
