"We had a wonderful stay at The Guest House at Graceland. The hotel is beautiful, well-maintained, and full of unique touches that make the experience special. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always helpful throughout our visit. We especially enjoyed the amenities, including the pool, movie theater, and the iconic Graceland staircase display. The restaurants on-site offered great food and added to the overall experience. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we had a fantastic time....

"Room was clean and spacious size. Bathroom was clean. spacious and great arrangement. Enjoyed the pull-out double sofa bed, it was soft and provided adequate the extra sleeping space needed.Front desk staff were so nice during check-in and check-out and provided linen needed for pull-out sofa bed without any hesitation after we checked in. "I was surprised by the dinner included with the room! It was very good. A pasta with sliced grilled chicken and salad. There was a tomato sauce on the side. They also had hot dogs and chips with nacho cheese. The breakfast in the morning was also good with spiced potatoes, sausage and scrambled eggs. And the usual waffles and cereals. The staff was wonderful and my room was spotless. I will stay here again."

"Hotel overall was great. They have a new cook my food was terribly made. I purchased pancakes and bacon. My pancakes had to be made twice the first was an experiment and the second time they were flat as tortillas. No fluff at all!! The previous cook Tony was awesome. I will not order food again from the restaurant until it improves. The cashier has been ther for awhile and was apologetic and very helpful."

"My stay(1st stay) wasn’t bad. Really nice room. 1-bathroom wasn’t cleaned thoroughly still had hair and spots in the tub/shower. 2-Signs of mildew/mold in corners of tub and water damage above shower. Minor stuff. Sheets floor and furniture were cleaned from what I could see."

"The door stuck and was very hard to open. THE SHEETS DID NOT FIT THE BED, THE COFFEE DID NOT FIT INTO THE COFFE MAKER. THE TRAY WAS OVER SIZED. THE COFFEE WAS LOSE IN THE ENVELOPE. THE IRONING BOARD COVER WOULD NOT STAY ON THE IRONING BOARD. ONE OF THE WORST STAYS I HAVE HAD IN A VERY LONG TIME."

"The property was clean but the jacuzzi was ice cold. I was told they were waiting on a part that was coming after the holidays. Plus no complimentary breakfast and the bistro was closed during lunch hours."

"Staff is not trustworthy. My wife accidentally left her wedding rings in there, just like any other person could do, and once we got back to get them, which was only an hour after leaving the hotel, they had claimed that they weren't in the room. Management was unhelpful in the situation and and didn't even seem to care. Don't recommend for anyone to stay here."

"The pool was nasty, the walls of our hotel room were nasty, the tub/shower was nasty. Breakfast was pretty decent. The room smelled awful 😖. Bed was pretty clean and slept decent."
