"We had a great stay at Baldwin Inn & Suites. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always. The location was very convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shopping. Our room was huge, giving us plenty of space to move around. The beds were very comfortable, and we slept great. The room was also clean. Overall, this hotel offered exactly what we needed for an affordable price. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the area."

"We spent the night after a wedding in nearby Northampton. It was a lovely place to return to at the end of a long day. We enjoyed our breakfast the following morning, both the buffet selections (especially the coffee cake muffins) as well as our conversation with staff member Kristen. "We found the Inn while searching for a hotel for my son’s LAX tournament at UMass Amherst. It was a 20 min, easy drive and provided a quiet refuge from the hustle and bustle of the day! The room was well appointed and extremely clean. Loved the mill vibe and relaxing deck. The staff were extremely friendly and kind, letting us grab breakfast a few mins early as we had to be back at the field for Sunday morning. Would definitely recommend and stay again."

"Our room was clean and comfortable but we had several issues with the bathroom. Saturday morning we reported that the toilet seat was loose, the bathroom sink was not draining and that the shower doors would not stay shut. We were told it would be taken care of by the time we returned.
The toilet seat was fastened but nothing else was addressed. No room service with fresh towels, coffee pod refills or tissues since there were only 2 in the box.
