"The actual unit is very nice and very clean! Lots of small appliances and kitchen utensils perfect for use. Everything was clean and organized. Some of the appliances didn't work however. The microwave wasn't working properly. Otherwise everything else i used worked as expected. Check in was a nightmare! The host was very rude and unhelpful. I had to rely on expedia's chat system with Hala Tysons to get my check in information. The website with the checkin information is so poorly developed...

"We booked this hotel for a one-night stay because of its convenient location near the Spanish Embassy, but it far exceeded our expectations. The staff was attentive, and our corner room comfortably accommodated four adults without feeling cramped. "The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional! The room was very clean and appliances were modern and nice. However, it appeared dated with the bathrooms and kitchen cabinets. Price was great! Would reccomend!"
