"I enjoyed my stay. The tub was stained though. And the shower was tricky to turn on, but other than that - staff were friendly and helpful. No bugs seen, sheets appeared clean. Area was quiet. The breakfast looked and smelled good..I didn't eat any of it because I had other breakfast plans."

"When I arrived I had to wait for someone to come out the restroom 20min with a signed that read out of order I had a long drive and had to use the restroom….. The pool was green thick fungus"

"I like an elevator, I'm a senior. 1 bar of soap for sink and tub. No fruit, no juice, the only thing for breakfast was a waffle maker with the batter running all over the container and the cabinet, and 2 kinds of bagels. Not appetizing, even my grandson said no to it."

"The room was clean and temperature very comfortable. The bed wasn't the most comfortable but we did sleep well. The area was quiet and the staff was very helpful."

"Very nice, clean hotel. It’s not very old as it was recently built so everything still looks new. Nice free complimentary breakfast and a “bar” to get a nightcap in if you don’t feel like leaving the hotel. There isn’t much in the area around it. My bathroom door did not close all the way; the door got hung up on the threshold. My colleague who was in the room next to me had the same thing. That’s a construction issue."

"The room itself was alright clean room and quiet. The rest was just absolute ridiculous. When I went to check in, there was no one behind the desk. The clerk was sitting at a table watching TV. I didnt know he was even the clerk I asked if there was anyone who was working the desk and he told me to "hold on a sec" while he continued to watch TV. Later when asking about the pool, a staff member became irritable that I asked and was rude stating it didnt open until Saturday. While I get there is...

"Had to switch rooms due to mold in the bathroom. Breakfast was very good and a nice touch to start the day. Front desk staff was very professional and moved quickly to greet and help us."

"Property is under construction. Noise and mess everywhere. Not sure why they are even taking reservations and at a minimum they should be letting people know the situation prior to arrival."

"Lights were out in the elevator. Staff put flashlights hanging on the arm rails in the elevator. Sooo dark and unsafe. Isn’t this against code? Tv remote did not work properly. Plain Jane room. Defiantly NOT worth the $250 plus tax I paid for the room. Will not be using this hotel chain again!"
