"I reserved a room with a balcony but when I got there I was told they didn’t have anymore and they were actually gone when I first reserved the room. I thought that was weird so I looked around the hotel when I go there and guess what…. there are only four rooms with balconies. So, if you reserve one with a balcony call the hotel to confirm. However, they upgraded my room with no prompting from me or any additional fee. Love that. The upgrade was a King suite. The suite wasn’t fancy BUT it...

"When we arrived our room smelled like cigarettes, there was a hole in the ceiling above the toilet with a bucket to collect the water. The shower curtain was wet and thrown on the floor. They didn't offer a refund or anything but did give me another room. Which was better but still dirty."

"When you first walk into the hotel, it is very clean and nice. The lady at the front was very rude to me and was not helpful at all. The room I had was dirty. It was cleaned, but had multiple stains on the carpet, stains in the sink and bathtub, the toilet paper fixture was hanging off the wall, and the bathtub had a lot of black mold around it. Very disappointed with the overall look of this property and would not recommend it for any type of long-term stay."

"Building was good, rooms were great with all updated settings. Bathrooms were clean and everything was new. Parking in the front was limited and generally side and back parking lot were available. Breakfast was not good, hot plates were cold, space for breakfast was limited (food pick up area). Breakfast options were also limited. Except breakfast everything was good."

"Beautiful spot with easy access to highway and groceries. Cute town near and lots of hiking trails with access to lakes☀️. Property is well maintained with different areas for camping, RVs, glamping & cabins. All the essentials are provided to cook, clean and relax. Buy some firewood and charcoal to have a bonfire and grill on the deck."

"The pool was small, and heavily chlorinated, but there were plenty of fresh towels and the temperature was good. The staff was very friendly, and the room was exactly as described."

"When we got to the Hotel our reservation was canceled. I had reserved this room a month in a half in advance. We never received a cancellation email or a phone call. We came into town for Adidas Track Nationals and there wasn't a room within 68 miles of the event. I will never stay here or reserve a room at any of their motels."
