"Not clean"

"It was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The cleaning was questionable because there was a small kid toy on the floor when we walked in and a wash cloth thrown onto the TV stand."

"Breakfast was minimal with waffles about the only choice. Syrup was in a big bottle that had a pump that didn't work. There was also a slice or two of bread available for toast."

Had to ask 4 times to activate our second key card, even then the staff didn't take enough interest to follow me to the room to make sure it worked. Light in the bathroom went out multiple times, which was doubly inconvenient given that the switch was on the outside wall. Yes, left totally in the dark in the bsthroom with no switch! Didn't ask the staff to check on it considering their prior disinterest. Breakfast...

"Well apparently the owners do not live on the property but come there quite frequently to do work on the rooms. As far as the state itself the room was comfortable enough the AC got good and cold it did have a microwave and refrigerator"

"Was quoted 108 dollars by Expedia which ended up being 138.00 per night. Probably wouldn't stay there again."

"This is a budget friendly hotel. Basically a place to sleep. It is very easy to get to off the interstate and close to eating and shopping. We come here every year and will come again next year."

"The non-smoking room that I had, smelled like smoke. There wasn't much toilet paper and there wasn't any soap but the man at the front desk was very kind and said that if anything was missing to please let him know and he would take care of it. The bed was comfortable and I got some good sleep."

"Room was great, pool and hottub were very nice. Breakfast was fantastic. My only issue with this stay. Was not holiday inns fault. This room was listed as a room with a private hot tub. I talked to the staff at the hotel. They havent had hot tubs in the rooms in about 4 years. Expedia keeps listing it as a private hotel tub."
