We had a family medical emergency. The motel "manager," as she claimed to be, said she would give us a refund. No refund ever showed up. Also claimed she sent an email confirming said refund. No email ever showed up. Plain and simple, SHE LIED. All for $160 dollars. Next up, a bad Yelp review for both the motel and Expedia!

This hotel was recently refurbished and we really loved the rooms, the bedding, even the towels were excellent. The manager at check in was very nice and pleasent to chat with just a great experience.

This hotel is advertised as being completely remodeled. There's been major work done, but there are still issues. The bathroom door had issues closing. There must have been a bump in the floor, since it scraped across this to close completely. The paint job in the bathroom didn't appear to be completed properly. May have been missing part of the door frame that made the colors look off. There was a piece of duct tape in the center of the ceiling in the bedroom, but don't know why it was there. The door had been painted for the room, but there were several dents in the door. Going out the side door to the parking lot, the door didn't latch completely, which defeats the security purpose of having to use your key to enter the building. Also, the elevator at the front of the building was not in service. Tried calling the front desk, by dialing zero as stated on the sign in the room, which didn't work as indicated. Still needs some fine tuning to make sure everthing is in working order.

Everything was fine, but not great. No carpeting on the floors made for a cold feeling room. The AC was set to 60 when I came in, but heated back up again once I switched it to heat. The breakfast was sparse and not great, and the desk help was hard to find.

It appears the rooms and much of the hotel has been renovated. I don’t think they are quite done. But it has the modern Comfort Inn decor. We were disappointed that after checking in, they told us they had no breakfast (and they offered no discount). I then saw a sign hanging low at reception that indicated that they could not serve food because they don’t have the appropriate license. If that’s the case, then don’t advertise it as having breakfast and discount until the license is reinstated. Also, our original room had not been cleaned. They immediately got us another one and the desk clerk walked up to make sure it was clean. That told me that they may have staffing issues if she wanted to make sure it didn’t happen again. The second room was clean and comfortable. The desk staff was pleaaant.

Clean, fresh and comfortable. Staff was attentive and went beyond their duties to see to our needs even driving us to the train station to save us a three mile walk! Breakfast was great, even the eggs were prepared as needed not just left in the pan to dry out. A GREAT experience!

We checked in to this hotel but it was apparently undergoing construction and we believe not ready to open. There was a problem pulling up our reservation and confusion on if there would be a room ready but we were the only car in the parking lot. A room was finally found but when we walked into the hallway it was stifling hot as was the room. We turned on the air conditioning that had been turned off on a 90 plus degree day and it was weak. The smoke alarm was hanging off of the wall with wires hanging out and no mechanism attached. The WiFi code did not work and so we decided to leave. At some point this could be a good option of a hotel but it was opened too early and not fully comfortable. There were still construction materials in the hallway and by the elevator and a heavy paint smell in the hallway and room.
