La chambre était spacieuse, moderne et impeccablement propre, avec une literie confortable qui a rendu notre séjour très reposant. La vue depuis l’hôtel est magnifique et l’ambiance générale respire la sérénité. Le petit-déjeuner était incroyable, varié et très généreux, avec des produits frais et de qualité....

"For two of us (married) the room was small by our normal standards in the USA. But…TV had 5+ English channels, shower in the corner was good with hot water, and small refrig served our needs. I would have liked a breakfast area but Aroma Coffee is 30 steps from the front door. No elevator and first rooms start on the 2nd floor. There was at least another floor above us."

The Dajani family is one of the five most prominent families in Jerusalem, and their management of the New Imperial is flawless. The rooms are well-appointed, service is prompt and professional, the daily breakfast is delicious, and the family goes out of their way to make guests feel at home. I love it. I miss it! "Had a really good stay there. All went well. The only problem was finding the place. Took over an hour driving around using Waze. Expedia lists the address as Darom 6, instead of Shammai. And couldn't see any sign. Finally, after asking several bystanders we located it. Need to make a big visible sign that one can see while driving to the site and update your listing on Expedia."
