"Room was clean and updated. But there was an overwhelming scent they use in the rooms that made me sneeze and gave me a headache. It was almost like they'd recently cleaned the carpet in the room, but I confirmed with other guests that they also smelled it in their room. It's too much. I personally would not choose this property again based on that smell alone.
The water pressure in the shower was good. Toilet had a running water sound, so hopefully they check that out. It was incredibly windy the night I stayed, and I was on the 4th floor. Grateful I had earplugs because between the wind and the sound the AC unit made, it was going to be tough to sleep without them!
Gym looked decent. Pool is tiny and has a terrible view, but seemed like a decent place to lounge. If there are kids splashing around, it wouldn't be a relaxing space, though.
Check in team seemed annoyed, regardless of time of day. Got the job done, but could be more friendly or happy to greet guests."
"Our beds were comfy with three fluffy pillows for each which was very nice. Carpets were the cleanest I've seen in a hotel chain (most likely new). The chairs and curtains could use some cleaning. Was happy to find HBO channels available. AC worked great. Our upstairs room was close to the stairs/lobby. Did not notice any real noise from trucks outside or guests--quiet rest for us! Breakfast offered (from 6 till 9) consisted of coffee machine, 2 cereal types, small yogurt/fruit cup/cran juice, milk, the last of the toast was gone at 645am--not sure if they refilled. If there was another item it was gone/missing. Slim pickinz! The door mentioned a pool but I have no idea if it existed or not--too tired to care. Gals at the desk were accommodating although checking in took a while due to hotels.com card issue but everything went through fine. The fridge in our room worked very well to keep our beverages cold which was a pleasant surprise as most hotels fridges are in poor condition. Parking lot was small (had to go around the dirt road to get out) and the birds in the trees pooped on my vehicle. Oh well. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room/property and the cool, quiet rest. Would recommend!"
"This hotel was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was very good. The cookies in the lobby are a nice touch. Close to many food options. I would stay here again."
"The folks at front desk where some of the most polite people I ever met in a hotel/ motel office
Rooms where very clean got a great night sleep in the comfy bed will stay here again"
