"The first room wasn't cleaned very good. Talked to the hotel management, and was very surprised, that they were more than happy to move us too another, Overall we were very happy with our stay. And would definitely stay there again on our next trip too the area."

"Overall good stay, comfortable beds, friendly staff. Property is definitely beginning to show its age, but for the price, can't complain too much. Pool was a bit cold but still enjoyable. On-site restaurant has all day happy hour on Friday and Saturday which was awesome."

"I checked in the first day the pool had a notice stating it was closed for the day. Three days later the notice was still up and I was still unable to use the pool. I did book mainly for the purpose to be able to use the pool. I had booked well in advance and the room had no face clothes and only two towels. When I asked for face clothes, not only did it take two days for them to get me face clothes, but they also only brought one. I wasn't very happy with the service. And the AC unit could not be controlled from the panel and our room was freezing so I had to unplug the entire system. And the desk chair in the room was broken and I almost fell out of it upon sitting in it. Overall I would give like 2 stars. The facility was fairly clean but the service and maintenance was not great."

"This property was a huge disappointment and not as described. We were placed in a basement unit despite booking what was advertised as a “premier house.” It’s not suitable for six guests. we were only five and still found it inadequate. Basic essentials were lacking: just two rolls of toilet paper for six days (the host was arguing with us that there was more even though we have picture proof there was two), towels smelled of mildew, and not enough sheets for the beds we requested. Amenities like laundry and ironing were shared with the upstairs unit, which was a disaster. We never got to use the washer / dryer bc it was occupied the entire time during our stay. Noise from upstairs began as early as 7 a.m., and even after asking them to be quieter, it continued. The property feels neglected and is currently for sale, with no urgency to make it comfortable. The host was responsive but often rude. While we were granted a partial refund and allowed to cancel after a few days, the conditions were unlivable for the full week. What’s worse, we raised concerns after reading a negative review written just a week before our stay. The host dismissed it as inaccurate, claiming the guest was upset about a refund. That was false our experience was identical to theirs. The photos do not reflect the actual basement unit. Overall, the stay was misleading, uncomfortable, and not worth the money. We would never stay here again and cannot recommend this property."
