"Bonjour, l'hébergement en lui même correcte par contre le personnel pas du tout adapté. le plus médiocre c'est le restaurant. Serveurs sans aucune tenue vis à vis du client, la tenue vestimentaire du serveur, sale et chemise déchirée à plusieurs endroits. Les mains salent pour servirent de l'alimentation c'est dégoûtant quant à la cuisine en dessous de tout. la truite pas fraîche, les petites ravioles servies avec, ont le gout de l'eau bouille et le tian de courgettes une mélasse immangeable....

"Well, where do I begin? The photo of the Hotel on Expedia was spectacular. Imagining like the Hampton Court Palace in England. The field, garden, and tranquility. Sadly, nothing liked it, it's the opposite :(
However, our room was very clean and the bedding/mattress/pillows are top notch. Not to mention, Clarins toiletries. The shower was brilliant, unfortunately, the water leaked underneath the enclosure and it was flowing all over the floor. we had to put towels to stop it. Also, the air...
