"The property looked nice and it was lovely having the parrots land on the balcony.
The drinks in the room were very limited, the staff at reception were a bit rude, some of the machines at breakfast weren’t working and there was nobody around to tell. The guided tour was done by someone who didn’t speak English. The pool was unable to be used as there was an event on near it. On the website it said that dinner was included and we didn’t get dinner."

"I knew going in it was going to be a 1 star hotel. Staff were very helpful, was cheap, air conditioning was OK, tv signal didn't work at all. Door didn't lock on toilet or front door. Bed was comfy . Unfortunately myself and my brother couldn't stay due to a sudden attack of ptsd that happened to my brother within 2 hrs of our stay. We tried getting a refund for our stay but expedia couldn't give us one."

"Das Hotel hatte neu eröffnet und es war sehr sauber. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr nett und Hilfsbereit. Ich kann es nur empfehlen.
Einziges Negative war, unser Zimmer wurde leider in den 3 Tagen nicht gereinigt."

"I think we were shocked to find how small. It was a very clean room and it fit my family of 5 very well. Conveniently located if you want to take the bus to Disneyland. Labeled as family friendly but signs everywhere to be quiet between 8pm and 8am. I don’t know about you but 1 year olds don’t know what that means.
