Ho trovato dei capelli nel letto purtroppo e pur chiedendo il cambio asciugamani per due volte hanno scordato il tappeto da doccia e poi il secondo asciugamano (eravamo in due). Il personale in parte cordiale, alcune ragazze non lo sono state. Servizi molto buoni, colazione ottima, posizione comoda ma comunque distante. Struttura nuova e ben organizzata!"

"Clean room with a very comfortable bed. The restaurant downstairs was fantastic with beautiful architecture. The fridge was well stocked with the choice to order wine from local vineyards. We had a wonderful time while walking around the wonderful streets in the area, so much to do, all close by."

I was hesitant from the photos that the hotel might not feel warm or may not feel luxury but I was proved wrong, the hotel was built 20 years ago and has really stood the test of time. The top floor Gym and Sauna were great and felt really easy to use ... Staff were really friendly and welcoming and good at...

"The hotel is in a prime location for visiting Prague. The staff are freindly and helpful, the rooms are spotlessly clean and the beds are extremely comfortable, we only ate breakfast at the hotel during our stay and there was a good selection for all tastes, we never ate dinner in the hotel, but enjoyed a drink in the cosy bar, we also had a look at the menu and were impressed with the choices, maybe we should have took the opertunity whilst we were there but with such a wide choice of...

"Excellent hotel, super friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location close to tram and metro stops, just on the edge of the old town. Excellent buffet breakfast and great restaurant for lunches and evening meals. Executive lounge was fantastic for light snacks throughout the day, with really friendly staff."
