"Our room was clean and comfortable. There was one suspicious stain on the ottoman, but we didn’t let that bother us too much! The property is still nice right now, but if you look closely, we did notice small minor issues that the property management should consider taking care of. The lobby floor was not spotless, not really a big deal; but noticeable. The trash can placed by the 3rd floor elevator had not been emptied and was giving an unpleasant odor as we came and went. "Desk person on the evening of the 2nd was not very helpful. We had to wait in the lobby over 20 minutes to get a room. Desk person said she was waiting to hear what room was clean. Once at our room, tried to get the TV to work; it turned on but we couldn’t get a picture. After 30 minutes of trying, attempted to call the front desk. Only static on the phone. No one answered. Went back to the front desk, same person there reported TVs were new and she couldn’t help. No one from maintenance to help...

"The Best Western person (Keith is his name) managing the breakfast process and area was outstanding. He does a phenomenal job and is a "behavior" model for all Best Western employees. I will stay at this property again because of this impressive person."

"Frankie at check in was very accommodating. The room was clean but drain in bathroom sink was slow to drain and one of the seat cushions had slits in the fabric which was reported to from desk."

"Room was really nice and comfortable. Great stop on a road trip for an overnight rest. Bedding nice and comfortable-room spacious and clean, bathroom nicer than other competitive brands like Hampton Inn….tile/glass, nice living room and TV—backlit lighting overall great experience….very well lit parking lot, close to convenient Wawa…Areas of opportunity: coffee and breakfast in lobby not high quality, AC unit was loud…..Overall, super happy with this hotel!"
