The employees were excellent, professional and VERY helpful, as well as very kind and polite. My room was AMAZING and very comfortable and again hotel service for cleaning was the best!
Enjoyed my stay for my birthday trip. Only little downside was the side of the toilet was not clean, but other than that, everything else was spotless.
Everything went well. From the time entering the premises, the front end staff, very courteous and friendly, very knowledgeable and just didn't tell you where things were located, but escort you there, very hands on toward everyone.
The room was clean and spacious. Shower had a very good pressure.
Had a slight issue with the door lock but front desk and security were able to resolve the issue quickly.
