"It used to be a well maintained and clean hotel but not anymore, I booked a suite , the rooms weren't clean at all, most of the stuff in the room are broken, like the shower handle,the lamp near my bed that once I turn it on it starts flickering because of a short circuit, which I was scared about since it's connected to the bed,
as for room service, the first day they didn't clean my room, after telling the manager they did send to clean the next day, then the day after also no one came and...

"This is a fairly new hotel and it is working out the 'new procedures' and doing quite well. Our room had a glitch in the air-conditioning system that the staff worked diligently to fix. They offered a different room but eventually came up with an acceptable solution. It's location 15 minutes from the airport and the shuttle service availability was a plus. Nearby were several dining options as well as 'quick shops for those just in case needs. I would stay here again!"

"An unexpected upgrade was a delight. The room was amazing. Wall length desk. Couch and chairs. Refrigerator. Large video screen. Jacuzzi!! Walk in shower. Temperature control kept the room at selected ambiance by Bluetooth! Tech was great. Had dinner and was impressed with the kind service. No wine, so we went across the street to a beat western restaurant. They arranged transfer from airport and back again. Nice!"

Für den Transfer wurde ursprünglich für den Anreisetag ein Festpreis von 40 € vereinbart. Am nächsten Tag wurde der Preis jedoch plötzlich auf 55 € erhöht. Leider herrscht dort sehr oft ein solches Chaos.

I was able to stay connected with the hotel staff via WhatsApp, they responded promptly to every message of mine.
