"The hotel is nicely located for breakfast/coffee and proximity to downtown Ashland. I stayed here seven years ago and it's effectively the same as it was then. The floors are a bit squeaky so a white noise maker helps to even out those noises. A lone carpet beetle landed on my arm while reading in bed on our third night which was decidedly 'oogie' which made the slightly mildewy odour of the room much more apparent psychosomatically from then on. Carpets could use a good deep cleaning!"

"This is like an old fashioned motel from a past era, where you can park right in front of your door, no stairs or elevators, and the parking is even covered. It was very clean, quiet, bed was comfortable. If ever in the Medford area, we would definitely stay here again! Another comment: I read a review from a previous client which criticized the unfriendliness of the “check in” person. When we were checking in, the person was efficient and thorough, but not OVERLY friendly, but I assumed it...
