2nd time at hotel… we stay 1 night on drive to Palm Springs…and back. We like that has full smaller stove and oven to prepare simple meal. Staff always courteous and professional.. the reason for four star versus five is that the road noise is quite noticeable inside the rooms. But comfortable beds linens cleanliness is great. Overall satisfied would stay again.
I felt the room could have been cleaner. In the sense of a good deep clean. Under the beds were considerably dirt as well as under the couch. Basic cleanliness was overall ok though. Kitchen was stocked with very adequate supplies. I’m not sure if it would be physically possible to get the bacon any thinner at the breakfast. Besides that the breakfast was simple enough with a fairly good variety, if you leave hungry it’s because you aren’t trying hard enough to make it work. All in all, it was a quiet, clean facility at a very good price point. The room fit our needs perfectly with two bedrooms and a great shower. Would recommend and would stay again.
The location to 101. The location to a variety of reasonably priced but eating choices from chains to local establishments. Hotel in a relatively safe area. All in all will use this location again if in Medford again.
Clean room, kitchen and bathroom. Had a decent breakfast spread too.

There were dirty towels left on the back of the bathroom door. It took multiple hour and saying something to them a second time before they came and got the towels. Then the second night the people in the room next to us were talking until around 4:30 am. The walls were thin and they kept us up until they went to bed. . We let the desk know and they said they would talk to the individual to be more aware they need to be considerate of others. They also informed us the individual was a regular who works evenings and tends to stay up late. We checked out a day early due to our experiences. The room was nice otherwise . The breakfast had a nice variety.
The hotel is a great place for families who want free breakfast and the option to make meals in your room. We had a two bedroom and it was plenty of room for us to work, sleep and hang out together. It’s close to everything in Medford.
Our stay was great. We were only there for about 9 hours to sleep. The “fold out couch” description was a little misleading. It was more of a futon that you fold out to a bed. It was a harder surface to sleep on but worked for my 7 and 8 year old. Breakfast was well stocked.
We met family here. We drove down to Medford the rest of the family up from California. Prime location and instead of 2 separate roons we where able to get 1 night in a 2 bedroom. Was lije an apt, beautiful place, comfortable beds.
I love staying at Towne Place Suites. I always have a wonderful stay. The rooms are always clean and if I am traveling with a pet they are very pet friendly. I also like that I can cook in my room if I want. The hotel is moderately priced and I thin you get an excellent value for the price. Breakfast is included. Staff is very friendly. The alwags have a smile and seem to enjoy working there. Highly recommend.
Hotel is safe, friendly and clean. Lots of parking and I felt safe leaving my car there overnight. Rooms were spacious (we had a king), clean and up to date. Everything worked.
Only issue we had was the noise. We were on the Walmart side and we heard every car that drove past. There are some noisy cars and drivers there, kept us up all night. But we would try it again in we needed to go through Medford again.
This is an excellent property in a good location. Breakfast was typical and fine. My only issue was that I booked this property on the basis of the pet fee/policy. Upon checkout the fee was double. When I pointed this out, Expedia was blamed for not upgrading their info. A credit was given.
Cons:
I reserved a queen 1 bedroom suite with a double sofa only to find out the double sofa was more like a brick bed. It folded out but there was zero mattress and just a hard, flat surface. Front desk told me it was part of their ‘renovation upgrade package’ and could only give us a couple extra blankets to cushion it. I ended up putting my kid in the tiny chair and having the other sleep on the sofa (not pulled out). It was comfier. So if you are looking to use the sofa ‘bed’ book elsewhere! Better off sleeping on the floor.
The AC unit in the bedroom was insanely noisy and would make clicking noises like it was tripping. Worked great, but very annoying.
Bed was super low to the ground and the pillows sucked.
The road traffic was HORRIBLE. Usually I don’t mind it and can sleep through it but we were right up against the street and could hear every siren, revving engine and honk throughout the night.
Pros:
The breakfast was actually super nice and delicious. Kids had a blast in the pool and the area was very clean and safe. I liked having a full fridge/freezer and enjoyed being able to use streaming services in our room. But I don’t think I will be coming back. The $200 /night just doesn’t suffice.
