"We love this property. The rooms are clean and comfortable. However this place needs upgrading and maintenance. We have been coming here at least once a year for over 5 years, but the property shows its age now. A little upgrading and maintenance will go a long ways!!!!"

"We loved the clean rooms, comfy beds, quietness, air conditioning, simple tasty breakfast, reasonable price and easy parking! We loved the postcard they left us in the room to use. The areas for improvement would be to fix the floorboard tile piece near our shower, have a working elevator, and repair ice machine on the 3rd floor. In conclusion, we would stay here again! Thanks!"

"When I arrived the ran my credit card for incidentals, however, they actually ran it for the entire price of stay again and incidentals. They refunded after I caught it, but it still left a hold on my card. We went to our room in the “suites” actually an apartment complex with a dirty room with one bed, we booked a double. I called the front desk and had to go back across the 14 acre property to get the correct room. The room was very dated and basically below ground, no balcony as advertised....

"The bid was very comfortable and the room was very quiet. I slept well. The breakfast was good. Fresh scrambled eggs and bacon. Needed potatoes to be perfect. I loved the orange juice too. No bagels and cream cheese which I only have when at a hotel that serves it.LOL"

"I was charged $86 for incidentals after check out, though it should have been $30; no email was sent to explain. OTOH, the breakfast buffet is good and the grounds are lovely. (Be aware that, as to be expected at a hot springs, the water smells and tastes funky.)"

"The pool had a dirty towel at the bottom of the pool. Both the pool and hot tub had a layer of sand at the bottom and looked like they had not been cleaned for some time. The web site promised on site parking and when I arrived, I was told I could park on street because there were no available parking spots. The room was kind of shabby and there was no soap holder at the sink. The walkways looked like unsafe and if they had carpeted over rotting wood. The theme of the site was very cute and...

"Pretty dirty was run down. The owner stays on the property but looks homeless. He is nice but super sketchy. He cleans the rooms. Goes through the trash cans just all over weird. I wouldn’t take kids here it was super unsafe. Not worth the money"
