"This six room boutique Hotel was simply incredible. It is important to know that you are in the Medina, the Old City. It is chaotic, raw, busy and not easy to navigate in terms of accessing the property. That said if you are looking to experience the “old city”, this property will be your luxurious retreat in the middle of it all. Let me start with the wonderful staff that took care of us while we were there. Jawad and Abdullah (and other staff) treated us with a level of service and kindness that I have not experienced at another hotel, regardless of property name, price or location. They literally treated us like we were staying in their home!! Everyone mentions the breakfast. They are correct; it is excellent - Moroccan food experience, service, view, and setting are all superb. We were there for 3 breakfasts, which worked fine. If there longer, I might want something different. That said if the staff were asked to change it up, I have no doubts that they would. This really was a special property. The art work adorning the walls is like a gallery, the style is world class, and each room has a themed design that even the website description does not do justice to. Even a frequent traveller to higher end hotels will be wowed by their stay. If you are traveling to Tangier, I would highly recommend this property."

"Wonderful staff providing excellent service, with a friendly and helpful approach. Great breakfast with both international and national touch. Clean and overall great interior. Great location, though only car service used by hotel was allowed inside the walls of the ’old city center’ - here again the hotel staff immediately helpful by providing info and booking of above service."

"E check in was smooth and easy. The Riad owner Hannan was very nice and prompt in responding to any request made over WhatsApp messages. The breakfast was great and sumptuous. The only minor glitch was that on the first night the Airconditioning was not working in my room. But Hannan was very quick to respond s and even offered to move me to a different room, which was very gracious of her. The Riad is in a very nice spot, close to many restaurants. Would recommend it for travellers."
