"Room wasn’t very clean. Shower curtain smelled like urine. There was still toothpaste in the sink from the person who stayed before us. Above blinds was so dusty my 3 year old noticed. Friendly staff."

"We really enjoyed staying here. The staff were very nice and the bed was super comfy, especially the pillows. We rested well and grabbed some complimentary coffee and snacks for the road."

"The room was not cleaned. Sheets were not changed on the sofa bed. I had to request extra towels for the amount of people that were staying there no pillow sheets on the pillows ants crawling around all over the place trash on the floor not vacuumed not mopped. Pots and pans and utensils. All full of food. Drawers had leftover food sitting in them. Stove was not clean. This was absolutely despicable."

"Family-friendly, safe, and clean. It’s a great value for the price, and it’s located right across the street from Elko’s best park (the main city park), which was perfect for our family. I stayed here with my three kids, all under the age of 4, and had no issues at all. I would definitely stay here again. Just a heads-up: the breakfast is very basic. It’s more of a small setup in the check-in office with cereal and coffee rather than a full breakfast buffet."

"Traveling with my 14 year old daughter heading to a wrestling tournament in Idaho and the only thing that saved this review was the amazing ladies in the front, spa and sauna. After arriving late didn’t inspect the room much just went down and utilized the spa and sauna. After heading back to the room and getting ready for bed she noticed several stains on the sheets. It was a long travel from California so we just used my bed sheets over the others and called it a night. Convenient off highway...

"Staff was very unwelcoming. Walked In with family and the gentleman behind the counter said “ what’s up? Reservation?” Mumbled the entire time and or was talking to himself. In between propping his phone back up so he could continue watching his phone he found the reservation, handed me the key card and said “ you’re good.” Won’t be back. Pool smelled weird and hot tub timer is falling off the wall."

"The room and parking lot were both clean and well maintained. It is in a safe location, and convenient to drive thru and sit-down dining. No continental breakfast, but the drive thrus are nearby. I wish there were 2 soap bars, one for the sink and another for the shower, as the shampoo and hair conditioner pump bottles were the only things in the bath/shower. The check-in and check-out were quick and pleasant. My room, on the first floor was quiet. I felt very safe here. The pillows were comfy...

"The room is not ready at 7pm when I checked in, waited for 10-20mins then we get in to find hairs, tooth picks in washroom. The room is stinking, it came from one of the beds and the blanket. Hotel employees helped replaced the blanket and the liners, the smell reduced a little bit, but still there for the whole night. This was a terrible experience…"
