"This hotel is marketed as a 5 start but it's really 3.5 at best. Pool is way smaller than the pictures, and when you first arrive they ask you to swipe your credit card again. The Towel checkout process for the pool is so they can charge you if you don't return it to the desk and you have to sign a peace of paper. It feels like flying with Spirit Airlines. "Room was clean, price was reasonable. Had a problem with the air conditioner- used it to cool the room- work ed first but then never came back on. Got warm during the nite - very uncomfortable sleeping. Breakfast was very basic and no place to sit and eat it. Review were really good but it did not live up to those high reviews. I would say 5-6 out of 10!’"

"The woman checking us in was nice and efficient. The room was what I would expect for the price. Lots of pieces of wall coming off including a couple of fixtures during our stay. The blanket was old and stained. The fridge did work, the heater did not. HBO was nice. Definitely needs a remodel but cheap. You get what you pay for."

"It was fine. Not super clean and the key card side door was not locked at all - seemed like a security issue. The only ice machine that worked was on the 3rd floor at the end of the hallway. The pictures make it look better than it really is, which was disappointing."

"The room and property were fine for the most part. It was clean and decently maintained. The entire room feels compressed. Two items that stood out to improve: at night the light form the front of the property penetrates into the room making it bright at night; and the noise from the upper floor is significant - every movement or action from upstairs is heard as though there is nothing at all to absorb sound. So, its frustrating being awoken throughout the night."

"Amazingly kind and helpful staff, efficient and communicative. Great room, clean and super comfortable. I will say that loud voices carry in the hallway, but that was definitely a factor of the other guests and not the hotel! (Except maybe thin walls? But I won’t nitpick.) Fantastic for the price, 10/10 would stay again."

"It’s an older hotel that’s been around for quite a while. There’s no breakfast area only a small area for coffee. The elevator is on one end of the hotel and your room is 38 rooms down to the end of the hall on the other end of the hotel. It’s kind of inconvenient, but the staff was very good. Very helpful. It’s just the hotels laid out kind of strange good view though like people working there there."

"The clerk was very helpful since my reservation was lost in cyberspace. She took all my info and spoke with the manager and said they'd sort it out, and I was given a room with no further delay.
