"We really enjoyed our stay at this motel. What stood out most was how VERY quiet it was, especially being in “downtown” Elko. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and having a refrigerator and microwave in the room was very convenient. The A/C worked great and was not overly loud, which made the stay even more comfortable. "The woman checking us in was nice and efficient. The room was what I would expect for the price. Lots of pieces of wall coming off including a couple of fixtures during our stay. The blanket was old and stained. The fridge did work, the heater did not. HBO was nice. Definitely needs a remodel but cheap. You get what you pay for."

"Staff hadadditude, ask for toilet paper because room didn't have any. She could barely be bothered while eating."

"The room and property were fine for the most part. It was clean and decently maintained. The entire room feels compressed. Two items that stood out to improve: at night the light form the front of the property penetrates into the room making it bright at night; and the noise from the upper floor is significant - every movement or action from upstairs is heard as though there is nothing at all to absorb sound. So, its frustrating being awoken throughout the night."

"It’s an older hotel that’s been around for quite a while. There’s no breakfast area only a small area for coffee. The elevator is on one end of the hotel and your room is 38 rooms down to the end of the hall on the other end of the hotel. It’s kind of inconvenient, but the staff was very good. Very helpful. It’s just the hotels laid out kind of strange good view though like people working there there."

"Remodel work going on - and much needed. Bathroom sink drain leaked, phone did not work. If you wanted someone, half the time you walked over to the other motel to find one. Young man at the counter was friendly and smiled and helpful. The rest of the ones working there seemed to not like the job."
