"Stunning property has impressive welcoming lobby and staff! Wonderful service, friendly diverse staff, frequent in Englis. We had a large rooms witha queen and twin bed, with lots of amenities, including robes and slippers. My 17 and 23 year-old daughters loved this. Comfy beds. Big shower but small bathroom. View of the street was a nice touch. Accessible to buses, trains, trams, and the Big bus tours. "

The nurse refused to even check my son's ears for a possible infection. She was completely useless and couldn't perform basic tasks. Seeing a nurse is free, but the nurse acts more like a receptionist. If you need basic care, like checking a throat or ears, she has to call the doctor, who charges $100 for the visit. "
