"Fantastic staff at this property!!! Our flight was very delayed and we arrived after their check- in time. I let the hotel know our predicament and they were so gracious and had someone at the front desk waiting for us when our ride share dropped us off in the middle of the night. The room was clean and perfect for our one night stay before a cruise. Because of the flight issue, we slept in and didn’t have time to use the public facilities at the hotel. And it doesn’t seem that there is much around the hotel itself if that’s important. But a comfy bed in a clean room with great staff - both the kind person at 3 am and the person who helped us check out the next morning - were wonderful! We’ll stay here again the next time we cruise out of Miami!"

"The night we checked in we were given a 2nd floor room. Both of us needed assistance and my roommate was on a walker. There was no elevator and no one to help us. We asked about perhaps switching rooms with someone who had checked in before us. There were 3 people ahead of us the older receptionist said she couldn’t do that and was not helpful at all. Finally she reluctantly asked the van driver to help us and he did. She also stated she couldn’t guarantee there would be anyone to help us in the morning. She didn’t advise of the bar, food or breakfast buffet. The next morning a very helpful front desk person had maintenance help us with our bags. We spotted the sign for the breakfast buffet as we were going to try to go across the street to McDonalds. I would not recommend solely based on the attitude of the receptionist at the front desk at check-in. I thought the name Ramada stood for something."

"They gave me an upgrade instead of the studio. I got one bedroom, but I don’t think it had the view that I signed up for my ocean view was like 45° still straight on the furniture was beat up. I put my shirts in the dresser and then put it on the next day and it had an odd smell. They need to put lavender or something in those drawers so I just left everything out. Fridge was awesome. Balcony was OK next-door. Neighbors were not very nice. The beach had a lot of seaweed. All about being said we did enjoy ourselves found a good restaurant across the street. Found some friendly people on the beach, chitchatting enjoying the sun and the sand and the water."

"The rooms are beautifully renovated and the lobby is beyond gorgeous! Beware when booking because this hotel is located on the busy Collins street. It was not an issue for me as I sleep with earplugs, but if you are a light sleeper this is not for you. The staff is generally friendly. However, we asked for a simple candle for our son birthday and they all looked at us as if we are asking for the moon!"

"Staff is not easy to communicate with. They do not work together when important information is given to you. Once you call back they pretend not to know or not willing to be helpful. I spent my entire morning trying to get things resolved. It was my daughter Prom and she was just taken Pictures outside staff came and stood in the shot and said we could not take Pictures. Keep in mind several guest was taking Pictures. You also pay for open view however ocean is at a distance you 1st see building, everything else before the ocean view. Not pleasing at all."

"It was a clean place to lay my head. I'm upper middle class Chicago, & I wasn't discussed or anything, but I wasn't excited either to bring others who chose different arrangements here either! I was content, & this is suitable arrangements for above board in & out in a few days type activities!"
