"This place met what we were looking for. Convenient walking distance to public transportations metros, and Milan centrale train stations The host in facility was very friendly and easy to talk to. They also allowed us to store our luggage in their office after checking out. One surprise for us is that one Chinese restaurant nearby open from 11am to 9 pm daily and has hand made dumplings with very affordable price too. We ll be back to stay here next time in Milan."

"I was surprised to see that it was a shared kitchen with one other guest. The bed wasn't comfortable, old mattresses. The place was clean, not quiet due to children playing all day outside. The owner also texted me that I had to check in by 19:30 which made it very difficult, but he eventually agreed to meet me at 20:00. Also, the owner insisted on taking a picture of my passport. This I found to be odd and suspect. Be careful."

"There are some positives and negatives. Good space but uncomfortable bed. Great view giant window opens cool atmosphere but the air conditioning system is terrible it doesn't go lower than 72°f-22.2°c. Quiet area but there was ongoing construction at the hotel and no prior notification. That started at 7 a.m. every day loud heavy machinery pounding through the walls. Zero noise insulation. Safe parking area with no charge. Did not know about the ztl which is a limited traffic area that you get...
