"The room itself was beautifully furnished, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was cozy and very clean. We could not hear the planes despite being right by a runway! My one piece of feedback is to out more info on the website about the spa policies and reservations. I was very confused about the spa and how it worked, and there is no info on the website to get information. Apparently you need to make a reservation with the front desk. Please put more information on the website so it's easier to coordinate and plan into a trip."

"If 10 stars were available I’d give the Lapland 10 stars. An excellent hotel in a great location with a calm, beautiful ambiance and the most lovely, friendly, kind staff, ever! This hotel deserves superlative reviews. The breakfast was better than any other hotel breakfast we’ve had anywhere in the world. Name it, they offer it. We dined there the 3 nights we stayed at the hotel. Delicious food and wine. There is a sauna that we never used but our friend did and she said it was great. Our bed was very comfortable and there was even Lapland music piped into our rooms. We are quite particular but we could not name one area in which the hotel could improve. Thank you everyone at Lapland. You made our stay so enjoyable and unforgettable!"

"Lors de notre arrivée, la personne à la réception nous avait informés que nous bénéficions d’un rabais de 20 % sur les repas pris dans la salle à manger de l’hôtel. Cependant, au moment de notre départ, l’employé à la réception n ’était pas au courant de cette réduction et aucune note n’avait été ajoutée à notre dossier. Nous avons exprimé notre mécontentement et, finalement, l’hôtel a accepté de nous accorder le rabais de 20 %. Je vous recommande donc de vous assurer que cette réduction est bien inscrite à votre dossier dès votre arrivée et de demander qu’on vous explique clairement la procédure à suivre pour en bénéficier."

"Wow, a well-maintained vintage hotel located in the heart of Helsinki. The retro vibe has modern features, including a/c in each room. The hotel is located across from the central station and is surrounded by dining and shopping options. The area is clean and safe. You can easily access transportation options within a short walk: trains, buses, taxis, etc. I wouldn't hesitate to stay in this hotel in the future."
