"This is a different model for a hotel. There is intermittent staff at the location and no one describes the property, rooms or amenities. The wall temp control says it has air conditioning to adjust temp but there really is no air conditioning. Room was clean and nicely located."

"Great location. Next to the main station but well soundproofed. We had a premier room which was not large but very comfortable. Not sure how big the standard rooms are. Breakfast was very good and all the staff were friendly and courteous."

"The hotel is over rated on the expedia site. The room we had tired and had not been renovated recently. The headboard had vinyl peelibg off. The bathtub/shower was dangerous due to being squeezed into such a small space. We were there to catch a cruise and had ordered a taxi. In the morning there was no one coordinating the many people trying to get a taxi, it was a free for all. We did not visit the hotel restaurant due to the expensive menu. I do not recommend this hotel. I do not recommend...

"After years coming to Helsinki we have found our favourite place to stay; convenient location, cool interiors with classic designs, great amenities and very friendly staff. Rooms were very comfortable and breakfast had everything we hoped for. Thanks Hobo -we will return!"

"AC was not as strong as we’d expected. Just about kept the room cool. Heating should have also been working as it got abit cool in the evening. They switch the heating off centrally in the summer."

"Convenient location and it was an easy transfer by taxi. We were 90 minutes early from our check in time but although our rooms were ready they were happy to charge us € 20 Euros for an early check in but not let us have them early. We left the luggage in storage and went for a stroll."
