"I really liked the location — everything I needed, including the market, was within a 15-minute walk. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. However, my experience at the dining room was disappointing. I arrived around 7 PM, and although the dining area had only two or three tables occupied, I had to wait over 30 minutes just to receive a menu. "This is the second citybox hotel we have stayed at and it was just as good as the first! Would highly recommend the company. The hotel is clean, accessible and the communal areas are great. The only issue we have is that there is a coffee machine where you can purchase different coffee and as a non-coffee drinker a machine that also had tea or hot chocolate options would be a nice addition! "

"We used the hotel for over night transit. The hotel is walking distance from the airport and we were able to bring all suitcases directly using the trolley. We also used storage to store some suitcases so that we don't need to bring them into the room. The room is clean and spacious enough, the breakfast is amazing and we also enjoyed sauna which is complementary. All in all we found it is good value for money."
