"Hotels.com messed up. Was never allowed to check in because the apartment owner demanded to be paid directly and not by the Hotels.com and that is after paying hotels.com upfront. I just want my money refunded. Period. "

The house could have been cleaner - there was food left in the fridge which we had to throw away. The outside table was very dirty. No antibac spray to clean it. Bathroom window didn't open nor did one window in the twin room. I wouldn't describe it as pet friendly as pets are not allowed upstairs where the main living accommodation is.
