"I had a very nice stay at the Ruslamere Hotel. It feels more like a charming inn than a high-rise hotel, with one- and two-story rooms that open to the outside. I personally appreciated this layout, as it added to the quiet and relaxed atmosphere. The room was spacious and very clean. "The trial of collecting your own drinking water from the lobby. And they have the audacity to say 'it's free'. A bit primitive and arrogant to treat customers this way. 'it is because of the drought'?? Pardon, ten people died in record floods weeks before. Treat customers with respect please. Now the staff are fantastic, bar restaurant and reception went the extra mile despite some silly rules."

"Having stayed here before and enjoyed it, I was happy to book again. I was moved to a different property this time, which wasn't a problem in itself, but the "Superior Room" I booked looked nothing like the advertised photos. The room felt outdated and the bathroom was uncomfortably small. Additionally, the TV remote was broken and despite reporting it, the issue was never resolved during our stay. Unfortunately, I won't be returning."

"Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit dort, leider viel zu kurz. Lage ist nicht direkt am Strand, aber auch nur ein kurzer Spaziergang wenn man so wie wir nicht mit dem Auto fahren möchte. Unsere Hosts waren so herzlich und haben uns so viele Tipps gegeben. Und Hund Sky hat aufgepasst ;-) Wir kommen gerne wieder"
