"The location of the hotel was perfect easy to get to places and walk around Portland. The driver who picked us up from the airport was so friendly. The staff at the restaurant went above and beyond. The rooms were always clean. Only critique, we asked the front desk staff a few questions about amenities and general questions about our stay and they seemed annoyed to help and just said, follow the signs without giving any information. We asked again the next day to see if we got a better response...

"The hotel is in a super convenient location (close to Old Port). Everything we wanted to do was in walking distance (most being 25 minutes. The room was very spacious and updated. The only downsides are there is only valet parking for $40 a day ( I was sent a message from the hotel saying we could self-park for $30, but that wasn't an option). Secondly- you're charged $25 daily resort fee, which they say you can use as a food & beverage credit. The only on-site restaurant was only open 7 AM-10AM...

"We had the handicap accessible room but my and my partner are both able-bodied, so take my notes with a grain of salt. But the shower doesn't have much of a lip (likely easier to get into) but it also meant that the excess water spilled into the bathroom toward the drain at the room center. I can't imagine I'm the only person to think this can't be the best way to be accessible. I had to drape towels across the floor so that I could get out without slipping.
