"Got upgraded to a suit, that was super nice , very India and vegetarian friendly breakfast buffet - has Jain food as well - dosa, sambar, dhokla, poha etc . The bathtub inside the room with a view was great. Loved the blue tooth speaker in the room as well to enjoy some music. Room was largely clean, guest services are a hit or a miss , sometimes on time sometimes delayed. Laundry takes a day, If given in the night they give it back next day same time. Reception also helps with dollar exchange...

"I've stayed at quite a few of the nicest hotels in Colombo over the past few years, both with my family and alone, and I'm really pleased I tried ITC this year. It's probably now my joint favourite alongside the Hilton Colombo Residences. It is superior to the Shangri-La (where the rooms are shoeboxes and the feeling is sterile) and Mt Lavinia (which seems too obsequious to a colonial past!). The lobby area is great and I felt like spending a lot of time there.
The vibe feels more high end Sri...

"Waktu tempuh dari bandara Colombo ke hotel ~ 45 menit (dengan mobil).
Saya check in di hotel sekitar 00.30, petugas dengan cepat mempersiapkan semua yang dibutuhkan dan kunci kamar sudah tersedia dalam waktu 5-10 menit. Saya tinggal di lantai 11. Pemandangan cukup bagus sebagian ke arah kota dan sebagian ke pantai. Interior kamar type minimalis modern. Kamar cukup bersih, luas nya sedang utk 2 orang. Kamar mandi bersih, hanya amenities sangat standard. Kualitas sabun dan shampoo harus...
