"Third visit. Very good layout… the rooms are great and the bed is dreamy. The bar is unique and as good as it gets and the breakfast is great with made to order items and fantastic service. The value and luxury/$ ius off the map. I will be back on my next trip! Location is great for all things downtown and riverside. My favorite hotel stay."

"Rooms are small but well laid out and well supplied. Bed is very comfortable. Only complaint was slow elevators and access to underground parking is a bit tricky with many tight turns. Good location and lovely views."

"Only drawback was the parking lot being a bit awkwardly situated. But thats not always in the hotels control so they've done the best with what they have. But in peak winter I wouldn't want to be walking back and forth from the parkade. Great room. Great TV. Nespresso machine in the room. Also the towel hooks blend in with the bathroom wall color. Took me way too long to find but that's also probably a me thing. No real complaints at all though. Really enjoyed our stay!"

"Bed was comfortable, room was large and clean. Had free parking but was very limited. The one downside was how loud the bar and the street foot traffic noise was well past 2am. Not a huge issue but a lot of the university crowd seems to gather there on Friday nights."

"The property is run down. It has clearly had better days. I found that my expedia reservation was more expensive than the walk in price. There was a promised breakfast which I had to talk to and show my Expedia reservation (which stated breakfast) multiple staffmembers to receive. The breakfast was usually an egg salad sandwich (which I can't stand), dry muffin and small fruit juice box. One day, it was just two slices of dry bread and some butter and jam. "The room was good for a one night stay. No thermostat to adjust the temp in the room. No open windows available and the shower had a loud squeal when using it. Otherwise nice place and close to many places to eat."

"Unsafe way to the entrance, doesn't ask for ID, so must let anyone stay? Smells of cigarettes in building. Unkempt room, questioned if bedding was properly cleaned. Person up shining headlights into window till midnight. Almost got locked out of room at 6 AM cause code lock malfunctioned, no staff were there to help. Lucky it opened after the 10th or so time. No on call staff."
