But the room was fulled and I have to check out and find another hotel. I came to this area for my brother’s viewing and funeral in Cibubur. My heart is heavy and grieving for the loss of my brother, but I was helped and comfort by the service of this hotel. Thank you for always clean up my bed and give a new towels. Thank you for helping for my laundry also to keep my luggages there while I have to check out and went to Church on Sunday morning. Thank you so much for everything. "The smell everywhere in the hotel is really toxic. There is a strong smell of vaporised artificial perfume which seems to be to mask some mould smell. But it literally made me ill and prevented me from sleeping. The towels were to me unusable because of this strong artificial smell. Unfortunately this was a really terrible stay for me. It was also raining hard and very slippy on the hotel floor and one of my colleagues had a terrible fall. It took a while for staff to take care of the situation or to place signs to be extra careful."

"We loved the spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms, friendly and helpful staff, refreshing pool and close to green spaces of University of Indonesia. Since it's on a major street (Margonda) there were so many shops amd restaurants nearby, and a big mall as well."
