"This is a really nice hotel in everyway with multilingual staff. Of course it is expensive but in terms of Switzerland it was good value for money considering the level of service and care"

"This hotel was in a great location right next to the river and close to the interlock and west Station. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast every morning was outstanding. And we love the fact that this had enough space in the room with a balcony and a huge bathroom with a walk-in shower."

"The hotel was beautiful and historic. The walk up the hill with luggage was doable, but for those needing assistance, you can pay for a ride up. Being up on the hill made for a beautiful view. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Being an older hotel, there were minor issues, but that was part of the charm. Our rooms were on the top floor and there was no air conditioning so a bit uncomfortable sleeping. They did have fans in the room which was nice. The kids slept in a loft and they thought that was fun. Breakfast was great. Would stay here again."
