"Our stay at this resort was very disappointing and far from what we expected from a holiday destination. Check-in starts at 4 pm while check-out is at 10 am, leaving guests with limited time to enjoy their stay. On arrival, many guests were left sitting in the scorching sun waiting for someone to appear at reception, as staff are only available during designated hours despite this being a large resort. The resort's policies are excessively strict. Guests are expected to clean the accommodation...

Le personnel accueillant et souriant, nous avons le droit a une carte pour tous les transports gratuits avec les horaires du funiculaire et bus a l'arrivée n'oubliez pas de redemander si vous n'avez pas eu le mail ! Petit déjeuner salé/sucré avec pas mal de choix. Seul et vraiment seul bémol : les oreillers sont horribles 😁😁"

"Sehr schöne Lage! Zimmer war sehr groß und gut ausgestattet. Frühstück war recht reichhaltig. Nur leider wurden uns mitten beim frühstücken die Teller vor der Nase weggenommen, weil es hieß wir sollten uns bitte an einen anderen Tisch setzen. (ein anderes Paar ebenfalls) Der Tisch an dem wir saßen war nicht reserviert o.ä. Könnte man für die Zukunft dann besser beschriften oder bereits beim Eintreten kurz anmerken."

"We were beyond thrilled with this hotel! EVERYTHING was phenomenal- the service and staff, the common areas, the food, the room, the bathroom (with many little extras), the *views*... We were sad we had not planned our full stay at this hotel and had to switch to another. We ended up staying in 3 different towns- Wengen, Murren, and Grindelwald, and perhaps because of this hotel, but if we had to choose one location next time, it would absolutely be this one."
