"Excellent stay at this newly renovated hotel. Less than a km walk to the dunes from the property (it’s at the edge). You can get a great sunrise view from the hotel front entrance and the terrace plus swimming pool area. Staff were super nice and always received us with smile. Highly recommended if you are looking for a Riad/hotel like experience instead of a tent within the desert . "

"Das Hotel liegt am Rande von Erfoud und ist als Selbstfahrer problemlos zu finden. Sehr schöne und gepflegte Hotelanlage im traditionellen lokalen Stil. Wir haben ein grosszügiges Upgrade erhalten, das Hotel war allerdings auch nur wenig besetzt, Sehr freundliches Personal, welches einen einwandfreien Service bietet. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und grundsätzlich sauber. Allerdings war der Wasserablauf der Dusche verstopft, was bezüglich Reinigung und Sauberkeit sofort Fragen aufwirft. Aber...

" Sehr zu empfehlen!! Der Besitzer ( ein Junger man und sein Bruder ) war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Er hat sich sehr um uns bemüht. Das Abendessen war auch lecker und reichhaltig. Das Frühstück ebenso. Wir waren nur wenig gäste, aber auch beim Abendprogramm vor dem Lagerfeuer, haben sich alle stark bemüht uns zu unterhalten. Wir hätten doch 2 Nächte bleiben sollen. "The property is beautiful. It's a sprawling resort with areas outdoors in the woods near a cascading springs that I enjoyed sitting at. I liked the lobby, the swimming pools and the exercise room. Checking in was easy. You're sat in the very nice lobby and you're greeted with a nice apple lemon ginger juice while the check in is proceeding. The staff is very nice, attentive and professional. "All stars. We were well taken care of by staff. The tents are very comfortable and clean. Delicious dinner. There is a transportation fee to get from the free parking to the camp, but it is reasonable and worth the experience."
