"This property has a very accommodating host and it is exceptionally clean. Everyone working here is extremely helpful and kind. Dar Ben Gacem is beautiful, with rooftop views and amazing tile and architecture throughout. There are many areas to relax and enjoy the ambience. "What I liked is cleanliness, nice furniture and the kindness of the staff who were amazing with us. The suite was huge and well decorated as well as neat. "Staff and room was lovely for a disabled lgbt person and chose this hotel as it was part of a trans theme trip to Carthage as flew to Tunis on Trans Avia . My inbound flight was 3 hours late with Tunis air and this hotel let me check in after midnight. Lovely room, great hotel in the middle of everything and a great breakfast served next door in the cafe . Friendly staff who could not do enough as an lgbt person with invisible disabilities "

"We stayed at the carthage suite for 3 nights. It was very comfortable. There is a bar/lounge just one floor up but that did not bother me at all. We slept well, the room gets nice and dark for a great rest. The room was in a very clean condition. There is tea, coffee machine, and lots of choices to chose from the mini bar. The tub is very big, with a sink and big mirror. The toilet is separate with it's own sink. There is nice gel hand soaps, body soap and shampoo which were organic and smelled...
