"Front desk were amazing, Joan in particular. Beds really comfortable and room good size. There is a step up into the shower (about 15cm) which means it's not ideal for tall people or those who struggle with steps. The hot water and pressure were fantastic though."

But what sets Nesuto apart.from others, for me .is the staff and how accommodating, professional, available , any issues get solved so quickly that you hardly notice them and just move on.
