False advertising this is not a motel or a caravan park it is a charity managed residential rental community. Dogs off lead in supposed bbq area, dogs in rooms barking all night noisey aircon units dirty bathrooms and smoking vaping drunk people in pool area. Kids throwing stones in pool . Not what I expected when booking a place I had stayed at before as a caravan park.

Group of people not staying at hotel came and took over pool and bbq and stayed for 7 hours then left. No property management were around to deal with it. Also upon arrival screaming and swearing for a long time during our check in.

Dear John,On investigation our findings are that were not motel guests but were our rental park residents who also have access to the pool.Yes, there was unfortunately an upset guest busy loading her car and checking out at the time of your arrival at approx 10h30am. I apologised to you and your wife and dealt with it immediately at the time. They departed shortly afterwards.RegardsNigel (Receptionist)

Very spacious room. Quietest motel I’ve ever stayed in. Could not hear the neighbouring rooms. Bed was comfortable and slept well. Very pleasant stay and would stay there again.

You need to have spare blankets luckily there was a spare bed that I striped it would save makeing another bed

Had an amazing stay with my dog able to stay also, loved the breakfast selection made up in the room, rooms were so clean, staff so accommodating and friendly, huge green space out front perfect for quick toileting of dog then massive park only street behind could let dog off leash. Will stay again and bed super comfy

The motel was great to take a pet good park nearby to walk the dog and close tostate dog park. Would ha e liked to cover the bed and lounge so that if dog on them they would not damage any thing. I would definitely stay there again.

A few bugs in the bed but still clean, free breakfast for a day was also a bonus. Bring pool towels as they don’t allow the bath towels for the pool, it says no pets but someone had a few dogs and they don’t stop barking but overall pretty good

Great value
The room had everything I needed and was clean. My room was back off the road so I found it to be fairly quiet. Check in was easy. Overall great value. Carrum downs is a mostly industrial area, so not much nearby as far as cafes etc. but it was very handy for work and Uber eats delivered food.

It is a shame you cannot take dogs into the bbq area anymore. I gather it is because people havent been doing the right thing cleaning up after their dogs. When I have stayed I have cleaned up many droppings from others dogs. Including this time outside but that probably is passer byes

We have always been very comfortable and slept well here the only thing is 5 to 10 minutes for a shower is very hard if you have to wash your hair and body other than the hot water service a great place to stay.

For a property next to main road it was exceptionally quiet. Room was clean and very comfortable can not fault the staff would highly recommend the accommodation

I found it unusual that the office closed around 4pm, but a quick phone call and 'late' check in was easily arranged by the friendly, helpful staff member. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and had functional facilities. Only one small gripe. There was no soap provided for the shower and with the office closed so early, I couldn't request some. Excellent value and facilities and would be happy to stay there again.

Dear Guest,Yes our office is only staffed from 08h30 to 16h30 daily but we do have a back up system to handle after hour needs.We currently only provide shampoo and conditioner. I will speak with management about adding a bar of soap i the future.Regards
