Free parking available, located at the edge of the free tram zone. Close to the DFO outlet. The apartment was nicely furnished.

Modern and clean room. In a pretty good location- 15 minute walk to the CBD. Room well equipped with cooking facilities. Excellent facilities to use at the complex, including massive heated swimming pool, spa, sauna and gym. Slightly complicated process to check in and out, however, communication with owner was good.

We had the two bed room apartment, amazing view. There is total 2 bathrooms so it helps a lot. The non-en-suite room without air con, there is a fan inside. Overall clean and the location is excellent.

Amazing views and the pool was exceptional! Super clean, quiet and safe building - family friendly. Located in a fantastic spot one block from Spencer Street Station and short 5 minute walk to Melbourne Aquarium, Southbank Promenade, South Wharf DFO Shopping Centre.

Pretty good spot although it’s noisy with the trains and the apartments lack basics (salt, pepper, ironing board cover etc). Check in and out a hassle. Rooms a bit small.

The apartment felt brand new. Located near Crown and lots of food options. Near tram lines. We would have liked access to towels to use at the pool/spa, rather than having to use our bath towels.

Check in was stressful as there was nowhere to park. The strip in front of the lobby was blocked with bollards and the only other space was taken by someone else

Our stay here at Pars Apartments was excellent. Communication couldn't have been any better. Everything was just how we wanted it. We took the train to Melb, which is a 5 - 10min walk from Souther Cross Station. Everything was within walking distance, with the City Circle tram just outside the apartment lobby. It was such a great place to bring family, my elderly grandparents had such an easy way around the city with little struggle at all thanks to the location of this stay. Thank you so much for accommodating us! We will be back again for certain.
