The hotel has nice gardens, clean, breakfast is good, WIFI works well in room, good pool. The bed was a little hard for me. The service was excellent, secure, accommodating.

Engañoso la ubicación, hab sucia y deteriorada
La ubicación del hotel es mala, la puerta permanece cerrada y el personal informa que es un hotel que trabaja a puerta cerrada, causando desconfianza y que sea difícil de encontrar, aunque la dirección está correcta, el punto en el mapa lleva a otro hotel, lo que genera expectativas diferente. No hay agua caliente. El deterioro en el baño es evidente, y el aseo en general es malo. El costo es engañoso, en la página nos cobraron más del doble de lo que pagaron unos huéspedes que entraron cuando estábamos haciendo el check in. El hotel tiene un letrero pequeño que no se ve a causa de los árboles. Nivel de ruido alto.

Excelente atencion - mal wifi
Instrucciones de llegada precisas, muy buena atencion del personal que esta en el hotel, atencion grosera de los que contestan el telefono y whatsapp en otra ciudad, el sitio es muy tranquilo, la piscina comoda y el spa vale la pena, buenos desayunos, lo unico malo del servicio es el wifi, muy malo solo hay señal en algunas areas del hotel

Friendly staff, great pool
The hotel has a great pool and grounds. Breakfast was offered for an additional fee. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Melgar is not as nice as some other cities, but if you want to stay away from the town in a nice pool, this is a good option. The beds were pretty uncomfortable and we had to ask for an extra mattress since the bed was so hard. Used the pool and spa services and they were great.

Muy mala experiencia, para comenzar la piscina tiene muchos azulejos rotos, mi hija se cortó un pie y varios niños de los que estaban ahí también se cortaron, con cortes profundos. Los padres pedimos que revisaran la piscina pero nunca lo hicieron.
Cuando llegué al hotel no me dieron la habitación que había reservado, quisieron darme una más pequeña y barata (aunque había pagado por una grande), me hicieron esperar para darme la habitación que había reservado, lo que me da a entender que no están cumpliendo con los protocolos de seguridad prometidos (las habitaciones deben estar libres 48 horas entre reserva y reserva). Luego en los siguientes 5 días que estuve en el hotel no hicieron aseo, aunque pedía que lo hicieran.
La oferta del restaurante muy pobre, no ofrecen domicilios, para no repetir!

Excelente lugar, muy tranquilo y cómodo, buena atención y buen servicio. Muy amable y atento el personal. Encantado con los animalitos que hacen vida en el lugar. A mejorar: la limpieza de las áreas comúnes (mesas y sillas)

Deberían contratar personal extra
Considero buena la atención, pero deberían tener al menos 2 personas en recepción y 2 meseros para atención de mesa y bar ya que tanto la persona de la recepción como el señor que atendía el bar y que también hacía labor de mesero a la hora del almuerzo pues no daban abasto y tocaba esperar un tiempo ya no tan prudente. Pero el personal si hizo todo muy bien, consejo para los dueños del hotel.. A parte de tener el personal de planta deberían tener personal extra que atienda en caso de que les aumente la demanda, si así fue fin de semana que no tenían casi demanda, ¿cómo será si lo fuera?...

Mucho por hacer en servicio
Lastima fue una mala experiencia en general, las locaciones son agradables pero el servicio tiene muchas oportunidades de mejora. Así como la carta de los desayunos y carta de menú en general. Así mismo el hecho de no dar una segunda tarjeta para la habitación es absurdo.

Sadly the receptionist looked unhappy every time we required her assistance as well as the bartender. We had to wait too long after going outside for the staff to open the gate since it was always locked and with no free access.Also, it was very upsetting having booked the room in the Expedia website at $550.000 COP and later receiving an email directly from the hotel confirming that the actual price was $684.500 COP. I had used this website in the past and never had this issue. Another very annoying aspect was loud music next door during both nights which didn’t allow us to sleep and rest properly.
Other than that the cleaning staff was very nice and servicing and the place is very well maintained and tidy.
