"Staff was very helpful during both our stays at the hotel. The shuttle was timely and the staff was helpful onsite with amenities, exchanging money, printing guest work documents, and more! The hotel is clean and well maintained. The location was 20 minutes from the city and perfect for us to explore and return in good time. Thank you for your hospitality."

"They cleaned my room once. Staff wasn’t really helpful in showing ways to get around the city or seemed knowledgeable about tourist spots. Food was average wasn’t that impressed. Waiter couldn’t have the courage to tell me the day before to pay for a soda that I bought. I wasn’t trying to avoid paying it he was taking to long and I assumed it was gonna be put on my bill at the end of the month. The breakfast costs too much for the little bit of food you get. I don’t think it should be 45 euros...

"We were given two rooms, both in unacceptable condition. There was visible mould, water damage, warped flooring, and even a footprint on the wall. One room had a broken countertop, and both smelled damp and unhealthy. We spent 90 minutes trying to resolve this, but the manager never appeared, and reception refused to provide their name. "If you're working in the technology park or want to stay away from downtown Valencia, this is a very good place. The breakfast is good and the bartenders are great. The room was more than sufficient for my needs and very clean. Great hotel overall and there's a nearby restaurant about a block away that has excellent paella and jamon."

"My daughter and her friend were traveling to Valencia for a week. The whole team at the hotel went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and make the girls feel welcome. They were so easy to communicate with before arrival! My daughter said, "The room was great! It was spacious and had probably the best bathroom I’ve ever seen in a European hotel. "Did not get to use the pool or amenities because we were very jet Lagged from our Dallas flight and only there for 2 nights but loved the hotel, ambience, the room itself was great and clean, well laid out. We got a corner room with breathtaking views of the city and hills in the horizon. Breakfast was exactly what we wanted all the staff were very courteous and helpful would love to stay here again if we come back. The pool looked promising and inviting hopefully next time"
