"Staff were helpful. No restaurant facilities the night we stayed which was surprising although staff ordered pizza delivery."

"The owners were lovely and my room was great. I appreciated the extra blankets and pillows. I had a suite and the view of the mountains and town was beautiful. There is a restaurant downstairs so meals were easy and tasty. The restaurant was busy on Friday and Saturday nights and I was surprised I didn’t hear any of it in my room. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Clean but small quadruple room that faced the road. We were there during June heatwave, and the AC in the room (that looked like central AC for the building) was very insufficient. Other things were all right. Their dinner was great and not expensive."

"The hotel was in an excellent location for us, ideal for hiking, rafting, and canyoning. The breakfast was decent, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms are very good and comfortable for a 3-star hotel. Overall, recommended."

"There is free street parking fairly close by. The check-in instructions provided by the host were incredibly detailed and made it easy to find the property. The location is excellent, right in the main heart of a cute pedestrian/business district. We only stayed one night but wish we could have stayed longer. An excellent place to stay."

"Hotel ideal para una etapa en Ivrea. Bien ubicado con aparcamiento en el hotel y servicio de carga eléctrica para el coche. A mejorar el café del desayuno (demasiado ligero para el estándar español) y reservar las plazas de aparcamiento en los puntos de carga para tal fin. No fue mi caso que llegué pronto pero poco más tarde estaban las otras plazas ocupadas por coches de combustión"
