"We had to ask for soap for the shower, towels, pillows and blankets. And then we were told they were out of pillows, and took the soap out of another room. There was a used coffee pod still in the machine. Also, when leaving we had to ask for ice, they took us to the restaurant and proceeded to remove the ice with their bare hands. That was the only ice machine for the whole hotel. Ick!"
