"I had a very stressful experience with Apartment Colours.
The property claimed that they had sent me the access code, but I never received it. As a result, I was unable to enter the apartment.
I also tried calling the emergency contact number provided for situations like this, but no one answered. Being unable to access the accommodation and having no one available to help was extremely stressful.
I have contacted Expedia regarding the situation, but at the time of writing, I still do not...
