"The AC worked great. The hot water was good—it takes a little time to heat up, but once it does, it gets very hot, which was amazing. "The room was very outdated. The bathroom specifically needed better cleaning. There was mold on the shower curtains, and they did not remove the dirty towels; they were left on the floor in a corner. They did not provide toilet tissue, and the key had to be fixed twice during our stay. There is a lot of room for improvement. "

The room was a little far and downhill but to me it didn’t matter because as soon as I opened the door to my room I was greeted to a balcony room overlooking a beautiful ocean view! I slept the whole night with the door to the balcony open just to hear the waves crashing! The pools were perfect! We order food and drinks! There’s also a lot to explore around the property such as hiking trails and kayaking! And the beach was probably top 5 most beautiful beaches I’ve ever seen...

"The property is lovely and the restaurant staff is excellent. The superior room is small but fine with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom definitely needs to be updated. Housekeeping services were not always provided. For over $400 per night, I certainly expected to come back to a clean, well stocked room at the end of the day. "

"This property has fake pics of the inside online. Receptacles are all hanging with exposed wires, gate has no lock. No dishes, stove was disgusting, no soap, not even in the bathroom for your hands. Ants and roaches everywhere. No utensils, no shower head in shower. No hot water. No table, I left this room about 30 minutes after I arrived. We did not feel safe at all. Do not book this property.
