"The Harbinson House was a great place to stay for going to a show at Ace of Spades. It is in a beautiful historic neighborhood and the place itself is a quirky historic home. I was able to walk back and forth from the venue while looking at the amazing architecture of the houses. My room had an Alice In Wonderland theme with a functioning Victorola which was really cool. "Like the location in midtown, and the restaurant/bar is excellent… but it seems they do the bare minimum as far as maintaining the overall property. This was our second stay but will likely be the last, a bunch of flies in the elevators on multiple days… not awful not great."

"The room was clean just very tiny but it was expected. The bar and restaurant area was very nice and location was great. We had to wait 25 minutes outside for valet to retrieve our car because he was on lunch. Was not his fault but it would’ve been nice to be aware of that so we could’ve waited inside."

"This is very well maintained, peaceful and cute hotel overall. I absolutely loved my room and the indoor courtyard area where coffee and seating with tables were available. I brought my kids with me and this was super helpful to get my kids out of the room and to an open space where I can enjoy my coffee. Coffee was always hot and very good. The staff were quiet but helpful when I needed them. The AC was a bit old and loud but worked really well. The noise would put me to sleep honestly so...

"Excellent area But, no self parking own by the hotel only a $60/day valet. Elevators are small and tight, Using the hotels luggage cart and getting in was not easy. shower drainage was very slow. When we went back to the hotel at 10 pm Saturday front door was lock and no staff available to ooen rhe door luckily there was a customer inside who kindly open the door.Lastlt we coyld her the people next room talking and laughing"

"The hotel and the room itself were fine. Unfortunately, the parking lot and surrounding area were not. There were people openly using drugs, a large number of homeless individuals, and trash scattered throughout the area outside the hotel. We felt extremely unsafe and were genuinely concerned that our car might be broken into. There was even a car sitting on blocks with no tires in the parking lot, which only added to our concerns. "The housekeeping was awful. There was a noticeable stain on the duvet cover and hair on top and in the sheets. Hair was also found in the shower stall. Troy was very helpful in immediately moving us to another room. That shower also had hair in it. I used the shower hand held and rinsed it out. The brown spider in the bathroom took me over. I spoke with Ryan at the desk and was told he refunded the stay. I have no confirmation or receipt of it. I will be calling them about it. "
